Returns & Exchanges

At HUB Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original HUB branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
